Her classes are thoughtfully designed to incorporate mindfulness, intentional breathwork, and gentle movement, supporting physical awareness, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of balance and inner calm.

Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique that harnesses the biological process of sleep for a spiritual process. Using a series of breath, body and awareness techniques, yoga Nidra consciously follows the brainwaves down towards sleep where thoughts naturally distance themselves. Here we can easily enter the gap between us and our thoughts and re-establish the experiential knowing that we are more than what the mind thinks.

Hatha yoga is a broad term encompassing physical practices of yoga, emphasizing postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. It aims to balance active and calming energies within the body. Hatha is considered a practice of self-transformation, using postures and breathing to focus the mind and body. It is a slower, more meditative practice where poses are held for longer periods.
